Dancing is Hot Hot Hot at Dance Dance Dance

Dance Dance DanceThe hit TV show Dancing with the Stars has given dance classes a boost at all levels and styles. Fall classes at Dance Dance Dance in Glen Ellyn kick off in September with a twelve week session. The studio, celebrating 28 years of top instruction, features classes for ages three to adult in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, fitness, dance squad, hip-hop, ballroom, and more. There are special sessions geared to teens, plus mom and me.

Tap legend George Zima will be teaching select classes. Zima, a professional dancer with Vaudeville, Broadway, film, and TV experience, teaches all ability levels.

For a fun and educational birthday party experience, introduce your children to dance in a party atmosphere. “We have dance-themed parties for kids of all ages,” says owner Irene Kruse. “We feature a ballerina theme, a Hawaiian princess party, hip-hop and more,” she says. For little ones, four to six years old, the group learns a ballet dance.

Parties run from one hour to an hour and a half, depending on the age and number of children. Ages vary from four years old to teens. Groups can be modest in size–five or six–or up to twenty five.  Bring along cake and refreshments.

For details about dance parties, call Irene Kruse at (630) 469-1991.  Dance Dance Dance is at 413 Main St., Glen Ellyn.
